Modernise with control
Port60 is built around change that can be delivered safely: reducing legacy drag, improving architecture, and moving platforms forward without destabilising live services.
About Port60
Port60 was founded by Asrar Hussain to help organisations modernise legacy applications, improve delivery confidence, and make technically difficult change feel achievable again.
Since 2010, Port60 has worked across public and private sector environments where systems are business-critical, older platforms still matter, and the route forward needs to be credible rather than theatrical.
Founder
I bring senior engineering judgement to organisations that need difficult technical change to work in the real world, not just on a strategy deck.
I bring together deep technical experience, leadership, and a calm, practical approach to change. I enjoy working closely with teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to turn complexity into clear direction and to build confidence around the decisions that matter.
I care deeply about the businesses I work with. I take real ownership, treat client challenges seriously, and stay focused on building solutions that are robust, scalable, and right for the business. Across legacy modernisation, cloud transformation, integration-heavy services, and customer-facing platforms, my focus has remained the same: solve the hard problems well, strengthen delivery, and leave clients in a better position than where they started.
Selected clients
Port60’s public story is intentionally selective, but the named client base already shows the range:
How Port60 works
Port60 is designed for organisations that do not need generic capacity. They need senior technical help, sharper direction, and a sensible plan for changing important systems without creating fresh delivery risk.
Port60 is built around change that can be delivered safely: reducing legacy drag, improving architecture, and moving platforms forward without destabilising live services.
The value is not abstract strategy alone. It is technical judgement grounded in implementation, delivery pressure, and the realities of public and private sector estates.
Regulated domains, compliance-heavy delivery, awkward integrations, and older enterprise platforms are exactly where founder-led consultancy earns its keep.
The best engagement does more than solve one problem. It creates clearer technical direction, better engineering confidence, and a path that internal teams can sustain.
Typical engagements
The pattern is usually the same: the systems matter, the constraints are real, and the next move needs more than generic delivery capacity.
What clients can expect
The consultancy style is calm, hands-on, and outcome-led: understand the estate, make the trade-offs explicit, and help teams move with more confidence.
